解決 issue 基本三動作: 1. root cause, 2. prevention plan, 3. contingency plan, 結果沒有任何一項有在回答客戶的??? 就只用 [相關單位已在優化檢查機制] 來搪塞, 煩請相關單位確實回答這個 issue 的上開三個問題!!!
不然, 同樣的 issue 無窮盡地反覆發生是必然; 剛剛去細算同樣類似的 issue 已經 log 給你們 9 次了 (連結如下), 我都佩服自己這麼有耐心, 你們竟然還在繼續用官話來忽悠客戶! 到底有沒有要解決事情 ??????? 回答上面這系統維護的基本3個問題有這麼困難? 難怪 issue 都解決不完 & 解決不了, 因為連 [基本] 都做不到! 我的老天鵝啊!
